Streamlined Procedure Continues for 2020 Audits

Published in the issue.

The diocesan trustees have voted once again to make available to all congregations in the diocese, regardless of net operating income, a streamlined Alternative Audit process used previously for 2018 and 2019 audits that permits a congregation’s leaders to conduct the audit internally and without the involvement of outside professionals, provided that they do not need for other reasons to conduct a full traditional audit. Complete information, including the Alternative Audit Form and Alternative Audit Workbook, may be found at https://2020.dioceseny.org/altaudit20/.
